Refund Policy

At Aurora VR, we strive to provide an amazing and seamless experience for all of our guests. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds and credits for our services, including in-store VR sessions, birthday parties, corporate events, and mobile VR services.

 

 

 

1. 

Eligibility for Refunds

 

 

  • Cancellations made 24 or more hours before the scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once within 7 days of the original booking date, subject to availability.

  • No-shows will not receive a refund or rescheduling option.

 

 

 

 

2. 

Mobile VR Services

 

 

  • Mobile VR events must be booked at least 72 hours in advance.

  • If cancelled 24+ hours before the scheduled event, they are eligible for a full refund.

  • If cancelled within 24 hours, they are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once within 7 days, subject to availability.

 

 

 

 

3. 

How Refunds Are Processed

 

 

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

 

 

 

4. 

Custom Bookings & Add-Ons

 

 

  • Custom add-ons, catering, or special arrangements may be non-refundable once ordered or prepared.

  • Any non-refundable items will be clearly identified at the time of booking.
