Welcome to Aurora VR. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.auroravr.ca) and participation in our virtual reality experiences and related services. By booking with Aurora VR or participating in any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

 

 

 

1. Services

 

 

Aurora VR provides free-roam virtual reality gaming, escape rooms, mobile VR events, and related services. Services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

 

 

 

2. Booking Policy

 

 

• Full Payment Required: All bookings must be paid 100% in advance to secure your reservation.

• Mobile VR Services: Must be booked at least 72 hours in advance due to setup and travel requirements.

• In-Store VR Sessions & Parties: Can be booked online or in person based on availability.

• Customizations: Game selection, add-ons, and group size changes can be arranged during the booking process or by contacting us directly.

 

 

 

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

 

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge.

• Cancellations within 24 hours: Non-refundable, but you may reschedule once within 7 days of the original booking, subject to availability.

• No-shows: No refund or rebooking offered.

 

 

 

 

4. Waivers & Participation Requirements

 

 

• All participants must complete a waiver before participating in any VR activity.

• Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the waiver.

• Certain VR experiences may have age, height, or health restrictions for safety reasons.

• Participants must follow all safety instructions from Aurora VR staff.

 

 

 

 

5. Health & Safety

 

 

• VR experiences may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, including epilepsy, heart conditions, or severe motion sickness.

• Aurora VR is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from participation, except where required by law.

 

 

 

 

6. Use of Our Website

 

 

• You may not use our website for unlawful purposes or to interfere with its operation.

• Content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Aurora VR and may not be used without permission.

 

 

 

 

7. Liability Limitation

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurora VR and its employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
