Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy • Full Payment Required: All bookings must be paid 100% in advance to secure your reservation. • Mobile VR Services require booking at least 72 hours in advance due to setup and travel requirements. • In-Store VR Sessions & Parties can be booked online or in person based on availability. • Customizations (game selection, add-ons, group size) can be arranged during the booking process or by contacting us. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge. • Cancellations within 24 hours: Non-refundable, but you may reschedule once within 7 days of the original booking, subject to availability. • No-shows: No refund or rebooking offered.
