Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy โข Full Payment Required: All bookings must be paid 100% in advance to secure your reservation. โข Mobile VR Services require booking at least 72 hours in advance due to setup and travel requirements. โข In-Store VR Sessions & Parties can be booked online or in person based on availability. โข Customizations (game selection, add-ons, group size) can be arranged during the booking process or by contacting us. โธป Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy โข Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge. โข Cancellations within 24 hours: Non-refundable, but you may reschedule once within 7 days of the original booking, subject to availability. โข No-shows: No refund or rebooking offered.
