Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy - Deposit Required: A booking deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit amount varies by experience and is applied toward your total session price. Any remaining balance is paid on site after your session. - Mobile VR Services: Mobile bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance due to setup and travel requirements. - In-Store VR Sessions & Parties: Sessions and parties can be booked online or in person, subject to availability. - Customizations: Game selection, add-ons, and group size adjustments can be arranged during the booking process or by contacting us directly. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - 24+ hours’ notice: Your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled booking at no charge. - Within 24 hours: Deposits are non-refundable. One reschedule may be permitted at our discretion, subject to availability. - No-shows: Deposits are forfeited and no rescheduling is offered. Deposits help us reserve your time and ensure availability for all guests. Thank you for your understanding.
